Main Job

Airport Department, Port Department, Water Solutions Department, and Building Development Department.
Although the specialties of each department are different, they do everything from research, to planning, to design, to operations, to management.

Sub Job

Global operations in a wide range of fields from non-ODA and private sector projects to cutting-edge technologies.
In FY12, the company will focus on World Bank projects in the Philippines, while new market development in Central Asia is underway.

Atmosphere of the group

The division is characterized by the fact that each department is independent and specializes in its own field, and many members are unique and highly specialized.
They are actively involved in challenging projects as a development consultant.

Water Solution Department

Promoting Water Solutions Department communication, Known for solving problems through group cooperation.

Main Job

We conduct surveys, planning, design, and construction management for overseas water supply and sewerage projects.

Sub Job

We’re currently exploring feasibility studies for onshore aquaculture business development and water treatment planning/design, in collaboration with the New Business Promotion Department.

With a core of young and motivated professionals, we actively take on proposals for ADB and World Bank projects. Port & Harbor Department

The disciplined guardian of infrastructure, realizing the cheetah’s vision.

Main Job

Our Port and Harbour Department is actively involved in overseas port development and coastal protection projects, providing comprehensive services from surveys and design to tender support, construction supervision, and operation and maintenance management. Through these efforts, we play a vital role in connecting the world by building the essential logistics infrastructure that drives national development.

Sub Job

In response to the growing demand for decarbonization, we are actively expanding into new areas such as carbon-neutral ports and ocean thermal energy conversion (deep-sea water). Collaborating with other departments, we undertake a diverse range of projects, including disaster prevention, water resources management, urban and regional master planning, transportation planning, and Multilateral Development Bank (MDB) initiatives. By applying advanced technologies, we build resilient and sustainable infrastructure tailored to the unique needs of each region.

Atmosphere of the group

Our team currently consists of 28 members, with approximately 29% women and 36% non-Japanese members (as of July 2025). Regardless of gender or nationality, everyone has equal opportunities to thrive. Under the guidance of experienced senior project managers, young engineers in their 30s are encouraged to take on challenges and grow with confidence. People often say, “Your team looks like so much fun!” or “It’s like a department store — so diverse!” Our members’ unique expertise and personality are valued here. We also place strong emphasis on continuous learning, helping our engineers to develop the wide-ranging technical knowledge required in the port sector. Main Job

Just like beavers – nature’s architects, our team brings ideas to life through ODA projects such as the development of educational and vocational training facilities, hospitals, and healthcare centers. From on-site surveys to facility design to tender support and construction supervision, we contribute to communities through large-scale facility design and management.

Sub Job

We also lead projects that incorporate new technologies and innovative approaches, extending beyond the scope of traditional ODA.

Our team culture is open, flexible, and flat. We bring a fresh and dynamic spirit, with members ranging from young professionals to experienced experts, and an average age of around 40. Many of our team members are creative and highly collaborative.
