Atmosphere of the group

A division full of diversity, consisting of four departments with different specialties and one office promoting new projects. The division contributes to planning, which is the foremost stage of all overseas projects, including those in developing countries, and creates new projects. Division members travel around the world, using their expertise and skills to interact with, and coordinate a wide range of activities, from project formation, research, planning, project implementation, and technical support.

Leveraging excellent communication and efficient teamwork, the dolphin smartly proposes the future of mobility, guiding the strategic wolf pack.

Transportation planning, traffic management and operations, traffic safety, logistics, Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and related fields.

Water Resources & Disaster Risk Management Department

The wolf plans the offense; the turtle ensures long-term defense and stability.

  • Disaster Risk Reduction:
    Formulating disaster prevention and early warning systems for hazards such as floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, storm surges, volcanic eruptions, and landslides; developing evacuation and community-based disaster risk management plans; preparing master plans (M/P) and feasibility studies (F/S); as well as design and construction supervision.
  • Water Resources:
    Development and management of water resources, groundwater development, and related initiatives.

Promoting Digital Transformation (DX), including satellite applications and disaster prevention apps.
