This project develops facilities and equipment for testing, research Bio Safety Level-2 & 3, and training on infectious diseases.
The people of Hospita suffer from three major communicable diseases: tuberculosis or multi-drug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB), tuberculosis with HIV/AIDS (TB/HIV), and malaria. It was therefore deemed necessary to design and construct a hospital in Kabul, including quarantine facilities and equipment procurement, that could treat people with these diseases.
This project targets to rebuild and retrofit schools in the districts severely affected by Nepal Earthquake.
