The GIS Smart Map introduced in this project is not only intended for use in the Department of Transportation’s railway projects but also in other sectors such as airports, seaports, and roads under the department’s jurisdiction. Additionally, the VR data created using BIM is planned for utilization in the Philippine Railway School’s technical cooperation project as instructional materials, to enhance understanding among residents along railway lines, and for application in the field of railway operation and maintenance.
The Philippine government is actively promoting DX as it undertakes large-scale urban railway projects in the Manila metropolitan area. Our company is working closely with the Department of Transportation to vigorously advance DX initiatives in various railway projects and talent development. This includes the smart supervision of construction using GIS, BIM data construction and supervision, and accelerated talent development through the utilization of VR instructional materials.
