Tokyo, JAPAN – Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd. conducted a two-day training program for newly appointed managers on November 9th and 10th, 2023.
This training, held once a year, is aimed at employees who have recently been promoted to managerial positions. It focuses on the roles of managers within the organization and labor management responsibilities. This year, 12 individuals participated in the program.
