Jakarta, INDONESIA – On November 1, 2023, Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd.signed a memorandum of understanding for business cooperation with the state-owned company PT Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta (PT MRT Jakarta) in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta, Indonesia. This memorandum positions both companies as “preferred partners” for each other and outlines their agreement to collaborate on consulting services related to planning, design, bidding support, construction supervision, training, operation and maintenance, project management, and other aspects of the railway sector worldwide, excluding Indonesia, leveraging each other’s expertise and experience.

PT MRT Jakarta is the operating company of the Jakarta Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) system, in which we signed a memorandum of understanding with them in July and November 2022, respectively, regarding the promotion of Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) and business creation strategies. In November of the same year, we also co-hosted a TOD Investment Forum in Tokyo. With this new memorandum, we aim to expand our collaborative efforts to the entire global railway sector and further deepen our partnership.
