BITA is a leading multi-disciplinary consulting services firm in Indonesia with 43 years of history. BITA Group consists of three operational entities: PT. BITA Enarcon Engineering, which specializes in urban planning, architecture, and construction management; PT. BITA Bina Semesta, specializing in environmental planning and research; and PT. BAMKO Karsa Mandiri, focused on architecture, interior design, and landscaping. BITA has been involved in Indonesia’s national strategic projects, including the capital relocation plan as well as urban planning for the Jakarta Special Capital Region.

They also have a substantial track record and project experience overseas in Africa and Southeast Asia, making them a global consulting company. BITA is an investor in OC Global’s local subsidiary, PT. Oriental Consultants Indonesia.

Over the years, both companies have collaborated on various projects, such as railway station and industrial development in the Jakarta Special Capital Region; educational facility development for institutions like the Bandung Institute of Technology and Gadjah Mada University; and disaster resilience improvement projects throughout Indonesia.

In this meeting, OC Global and BITA reviewed our past collaborations and discussed specific projects, particularly in the railway and transit-oriented development (TOD) sectors, which are designated as priority joint ventures. We also explored the potential for further cooperation in our international expansion efforts. As we strengthen our strategic global partnership with BITA, we remain committed to contributing to Indonesia’s development.
