On July 10, 2026, Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd. (OC Global; Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan) conducted a training program for senior managers.

OC Global regularly holds training programs by class level. On this occasion, a training program for senior managers was conducted, targeting those in the upper levels of management, in a hybrid format with approximately 40 individuals from Japan and overseas attending in the Tokyo Headquarters conference room and online.
During the training, participants shared risks and challenges related to project and organizational management, discussed the roles of senior managers in groups, and presented the results of their discussions to all participants.
