On June 5, 2026, Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd. (OC Global; Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Eiji Yonezawa) held a meeting on expansion strategy for overseas subsidiaries and offices.

At this meeting, held once a year, the presidents of overseas subsidiaries and chief representatives of overseas offices in each country present the current status and future strategies of their respective countries. This year, the meeting was held in a hybrid format at the Tokyo Headquarters and online. Approximately 100 participants attended, including presidents of overseas subsidiaries, chief representatives of overseas offices, executives from consulting operations, and staff from Business Promotion Department.

The theme of this year’s meeting was “Expansion Strategies toward Self-Reliance and Measures for Collaboration with OCG.” At the beginning of the meeting, the COO for Business Development, Mr. Kazuyasu Kondo, said, “I would like each overseas subsidiary to promote localization of staff and management and aim for independent and profitable management. I also encourage active expansion into non-ODA fields. The growth and expansion of overseas subsidiaries will lead to the development of the OC Global Group as a whole. I hope today’s meeting will be a meaningful one.” The presidents of overseas subsidiaries and chief representatives of overseas offices then presented their respective expansion strategies and discussed them with the participants.
