OCG Chile Receives Prestigious Work-Life Balance Award in Chile for Third Consecutive Year

Oriental Consultants Global Chile SpA (OCG Chile), the local subsidiary in Chile of Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd. (OC Global; Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan), received the “Premiación Mejores Organizaciones para Integrar Vida Personal y Trabajo,” one of Chile’s most prestigious work-life balance awards, for the third consecutive year.

This award is organized by Fundación Chile Unido and supported by “El Mercurio,” Chile’s largest major newspaper. In 2025, 48 organizations, including public institutions and private companies, applied for the award, and only eight organizations, including OCG Chile, received the highest rating, the “2025 Distinction Seal.” Receiving the award for three consecutive years is extremely rare and is regarded as evidence that an organizational culture emphasizing work-life balance has taken root at a high level.

OCG Chile’s core business is consulting services that provide asset management methods for mining companies in Chile, and it has a leading track record in the industry. Although Chile’s mining industry is known for its demanding and challenging environment, OCG Chile practices organizational management that emphasizes maintaining and improving employees’ quality of life (QOL), while responding to clients’ strict schedules and unexpected requests at mining sites.

OCG Chile is characterized by an organizational commitment and culture rarely seen among other companies in the same industry. In an employee survey, 91% of employees answered that they “like this workplace,” and 93% answered that they “would recommend it to others as a place to work.” OCG Chile was also highly recognized for the effectiveness of its systems, including the fact that all employees are aware of its benefit programs and more than 70% actually use them.
