On February 17, 2026, the award ceremony for the Outstanding International Infrastructure Engineer Certification and Commendation was held at the Central Government Building No. 3 of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan. Mr. Kazuhide Nagasawa, Senior Technical Advisor of the Railway Engineering Department 1 at Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd., was honored with the MLIT Minister’s Award. Additionally, Ms. Miharu Hosono, Project Manager of the Urban & Regional Development Department, received the MLIT Minister’s Encouragement Award.
