On January 9, 2026, Mr. Fumiaki Kiyosue, Deputy Director of the Infrastructure & Industrial Development Division of Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd. (OC Global), together with other members of OC Global, visited the Vietnam Petroleum Institute (VPI) in Hanoi, Vietnam, and held a meeting with Dr. Nguyen Van Tu, Deputy General Director of VPI, and other VPI members.

Meeting at VPI

This visit was made possible during OC Global’s stay in Vietnam as part of a project organized by the Japan Transport Cooperation Association (JTCA). During the meeting, the participants exchanged views on studies, research, and development related to base ports and logistics for offshore wind power generation in Vietnam, and discussed the potential for future cooperation between the two organizations.

OC Global supports the development of safe, secure, and efficient infrastructure in respective countries through collaboration with local companies and research institutions.
