OC Global Conducted Safety Measures Practical Training

On December 16, 2025, Oriental Consultants Global (OC Global; Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo) conducted “Safety Measures Practical Training” in the headquarters conference room to enhance safety measures for employees scheduled to travel overseas.

To ensure the safety of the lives and property of employees engaged in overseas activities, OC Global positions safety as its highest priority. Under the direct supervision of the President and CEO, the Company has established a Security Management Office that maintains a comprehensive framework to address a wide range of overseas risks, including terrorism, natural disasters, conflicts, pandemics, as well as criminal activities and civil unrest.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation training using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

This training was conducted under the instruction of Mr. Yasuhiro Shimonuri, General Manager of the Security Management Office and a former senior officer of Japan’s Self-Defense Force. The training aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge and practical response capabilities so that they can protect themselves and act appropriately when confronted with unforeseen situations overseas.

The training included practical exercises and demonstrations on response protocols for robberies, explosions, and gunfire encounters, as well as hands-on training for actions to be taken during knife attacks. In addition, participants learned emergency response procedures such as hemostasis techniques and the transportation of injured persons through practical applications. In addition to the regular training curriculum, cardiopulmonary resuscitation training using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) was newly introduced this year. By simulating cases of sudden cardiac arrest and confirming procedures for chest compressions and the proper use of an AED, participants reaffirmed the importance of initial response in emergencies and deepened their understanding of swift and appropriate action.

OC Global will continue to conduct practical and continuous safety training to further enhance the safety awareness and response capabilities of each employee engaged in overseas operations and remains committed to strengthening its organization-wide safety management framework.

OC Global supports peace and security in all countries and regions through international cooperation and other means to build capacity at all levels for the prevention of violence and the eradication of terrorism and crime.
