OC Global Holds Annual Training for New Managers

Tokyo, JAPAN – Oriental Consultants Global (OC Global, headquartered in Shinjuku, Tokyo) conducted a two-day training program for newly appointed managers on November 12th and 13th, 2025.

This training, held once a year, is aimed at employees who have recently been promoted to managerial positions. It focuses on the roles of managers within the organization along with labor management responsibilities. This year, the training was held in a hybrid mode, combining in-person participation at the Tokyo headquarters conference room and online participation via the web, with approximately 25 employees joining from domestic and international locations.
