Dr. Yingyongrattanakul Narentorn, Deputy Director of the Railway Division, Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd. (OC Global), spoked at the 2nd Edition of Philippines Rail 2025 held in Manila, the Philippines, from October 13 to 14, 2025.

The conference welcomed more than 100 participants, including representatives from the Philippine National Railways (PNR) and the Department of Transportation (DOTr) of the Philippines, as well as railway operators, consultants, and representatives from private companies from across Southeast Asia.

During his presentation, Dr. Yingyongrattanakul introduced OC Global’s extensive achievements and technical capabilities in the railway sector, focusing on the Jakarta LRT (Light Rail Transit) Phase 1B (Velodome to Manggarai) in Indonesia’s Special Capital Region of Jakarta.
