Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd. held its annual meeting on expanding its overseas subsidiaries on July 18, 2025. The presidents of overseas subsidiaries and chief representatives of overseas offices in each country presented the status of their businesses and future strategies. This year, the meeting was held in a hybrid format, with approximately 100 participants attending in Tokyo Headquarters and online, including presidents of overseas subsidiaries, chief representatives of overseas offices, executives from consulting operations, and business development staff.

At the start of the meeting, Mr. Kazuyasu Kondo, COO for Business Development, stated, “I would like each overseas subsidiary to promote localization of staff and management and aim for independent, profitable operations. I also encourage active expansion into non-ODA fields. The growth of our overseas subsidiaries will directly contribute to the development of our company. I hope today’s meeting will be a meaningful one.” Following his remarks, the presidents of overseas subsidiaries and chief representatives of overseas offices presented their expansion strategies and engaged in discussions with participants.
