On June 11, 2025, Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd. participated in a workshop in Singapore to strengthen our collaboration with the Surbana Jurong Group (SJ Group), the country’s largest consulting firm, and SMEC, a group company of the SJ Group, headquartered in Australia.

OC Global signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SMEC in 2017 to expand our partnership, promoting our collaboration on joint projects and personnel exchanges. In 2023, we also signed an MOU with the SJ Group to strengthen our collaboration, aiming to create new joint projects with the firm.

At the workshop, a number of group companies under the SJ Group were introduced to explore further possibilities for collaboration in the future. The participants also discussed potential synergies in the Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies held by each company.

On the same day, OC Global concluded a share acquisition agreement with the SJ Group for SMEC Chile in South America.
