Second Family Open Day Held: Employees’ Families Invited to the Office
On March 28, 2025, Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd. (OC Global) held a Family Open Day event, inviting employees’ family members to its office in Hatsudai, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.
As many of our employees are engaged primarily in overseas operations, including long-term overseas assignments, the event was organized to express our appreciation to the families who continuously support them and to deepen their understanding of the company and its work. This was the second time the event had been held, with the previous one taking place before the COVID-19 pandemic.A total of 58 participants from 19 families attended the event. The program included an office tour, a company introduction, interactive games featuring live connections with overseas offices, and a business card exchange with the President. Feedback from participants included comments such as, “I was delighted to have the opportunity to visit the office where my daughter works and to see the workplace atmosphere,” and “It was a valuable chance to connect with other families.” The event was a meaningful opportunity for mutual exchange among employees, their families, and the company.We remain committed to creating a working environment where employees can thrive, and both employees and their families feel secure and supported. This includes promoting initiatives such as the family summoning system for overseas assignments, strengthening safety management systems for international operations, and expanding programs like reduced working hours and teleworking.
