Dr. Phan Le BINH, Chief Representative of the Vietnam Office of OC Global (Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd.), appeared on a news program on Hanoi Television’s Dai Truyen hinh Hai Noi in Vietnam. In Vietnam, a special measure concerning urban railways is set to be discussed during an extraordinary session of the National Assembly. Being an expert in transportation planning, Dr. Binh was asked to comment. He said, “With the implementation of special measures, greater flexibility will be granted to the medium-term financial plan, allowing for fundamental improvements in the development of urban railways in Vietnam.”
