OC Global Conducted Safety Measures Practical Training

On December 10th and 11th, 2024, Oriental Consultants Global conducted “Safety Measures Practical Training” in the conference room at its headquarters to strengthen safety measures for employees. To ensure the safety of the lives and property of employees, OC Global has established a Security Management Office under the direct supervision of the President and CEO and aims to address risks, such as terrorism, natural disasters, conflicts, pandemics, and criminal activities or civil unrest.
This training was conducted under the instruction of Mr. Yasuhiro Shimonuri, General Manager of the Security Management Office and a former senior officer of Japan’s Self-Defense Force. Nine employees participated in the training to acquire knowledge and experience for self-protection. The training included practical exercises, such as response protocols for robberies and gunfire encounters, live demonstrations and hands-on training for knife attack defense, as well as practical applications of hemostasis (the process to prevent and stop bleeding) techniques, patient transport, and related procedures.
