Tokyo, JAPAN – Oriental Consultants Global conducted a two-day training program for newly appointed managers on November 7th and 8th, 2024.

This training, held once a year, is aimed at employees who have recently been promoted to managerial positions. It focuses on the roles of managers within the organization along with labor management responsibilities. This year, the training was held in a hybrid mode, combining in-person participation at the Tokyo headquarters conference room and online participation via the web, with approximately 20 employees joining from domestic and international locations.
