Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd. (OC Global) conducted a retrospective training session for new employees on October 18, 2024 at its Tokyo headquarters. The session aimed to exchange information about the work and professional life of the new employees over the past six months since joining the company in April 2024, and discuss possible solutions to any challenges they may be facing.
