Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd. conducted a training program for senior managers on September 6, 2024.
OC Global regularly holds training programs by class level. On this occasion, a training program for senior managers was conducted, targeting those in the upper levels of management, in a hybrid format with approximately 35 individuals from Japan and overseas attending in the Tokyo Headquarters conference room and online.

Group Discussion in the Headquarters Conference Room

In his opening address, President Yonezawa said, “Everyone here today is at the core of the organization and is a future candidate for management. I would like you to tackle management issues from a diverse and broad perspective on a daily basis. It would be great if this training today could help you do that.” Following President Yonezawa’s address, the participants were divided into groups to discuss OC Global management issues and solutions. At the end of the program, the results of the group discussions were presented, and a discussion was carried out with all the participants.
