Manila, PHILIPPINES – On August 7, 2024, the 35th-anniversary ceremony was held for PRIMEX (Pacific Rim Innovation and Management Exponents, Inc.) in the Philippines, a group company of Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd. (OC Global, headquartered in Shinjuku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Eiji Yonezawa). The ceremony was attended by more than 200 people, including the President of the Council of Engineering Consultants of the Philippines (CECOPHIL) and JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) officials. It was a great success, with Ambassador Kazuya Endo of the Embassy of Japan in the Philippines as the guest of honor.

PRIMEX is an international consultant with its head office in Manila. It has implemented many projects for international organizations, such as the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, the European Investment Bank, and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, as well as projects for the Philippine government. At the ceremony, PRIMEX Founder and current Officer Ms. Elvira C. Ablaza presented on the history of PRIMEX, followed by a presentation by current Chairman and President of PRIMEX Mr. Ryohei Ishii on the state of collaboration between PRIMEX and OC Global. OC Global President and CEO Eiji Yonezawa also delivered a congratulatory speech, confirming the strong partnership between the two companies, and expressing the desire for further collaboration.
