Excessive groundwater extraction in urban areas has been causing land subsidence and various related issues throughout the world. This MOU outlines a strategic collaboration among the three companies, utilizing the data collection and analysis technologies from Synspective’s SAR satellites along with the advanced groundwater simulation technology provided by GET. The collaboration aims to establish a monitoring system for subsidence and, building on the overseas infrastructure achievements of OC Global, to provide consulting services and business operations primarily in Southeast Asia.
