OC Global Held Bi-Annual Meeting on Expansion of Overseas Subsidiaries

Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd. (OC Global) held its bi-annual meeting on expanding its overseas subsidiaries on 29 May 2024. The presidents of overseas subsidiaries and chief representatives of overseas offices in each country presented the status of their businesses and future strategies. This year, the meeting was held in a hybrid format, with approximately 100 participants attending in Tokyo Headquarters and online, including presidents of overseas subsidiaries, chief representatives of overseas offices, executives from consulting operations, and business development staff.

At the beginning of the meeting, the COO for Business Development, Mr. Kazuyasu Kondo, said, “I would like each overseas subsidiary to promote localization of staff and management and aim for independent and profitable management. Furthermore, I would like to see each local subsidiary actively expand operations beyond their respective countries to build a track record as a local subsidiary and expand its scale of operations. Today, I would like to discuss measures to achieve this goal.” The presidents of overseas subsidiaries and chief representatives of overseas offices then presented their expansion strategies and discussed them with the participants.
OC Global currently has overseas subsidiaries in nine countries with more than 900 employees.
