Tokyo, JAPAN – Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd., conducted a retrospective training session on October 10, 2025, at its Tokyo headquarters for new employees who joined the company in April 2025.

This year, we had 18 new employees who underwent approximately one month of new employee training, after joining the company, and were subsequently assigned to various departments. At this six-month point after their induction, we conducted a session to revisit the company’s management policies, exchange information about their work and professional life over the past six months, and discuss solutions to any challenges they may be facing.
