OC Global Holds Roundtable Discussions for the Child-Rearing Generation

This roundtable discussion is a forum for employees who are raising children to exchange information. It was set up with the aim of alleviating the concerns of those returning from childcare leave and giving them a place to have their questions answered.

Through these regularly held discussions, employees can expand their network of colleagues at a similar life stage, fostering an environment where they can support one another as they balance work and parenting.

Recurrent Education

OC Global has a variety of systems in place to support the ongoing learning of employees, helping them improve their skills and technical capabilities. These include scholarship loans for earning a master’s or doctoral degree, administrative leave to study at school, and financial incentives for obtaining qualifications. These systems have been used by many employees.

The I&D (Inclusion & Diversity) Promotion Committee, a standing committee within OC Global, plans and conducts sessions where they share relevant experiences so that more employees take advantage of these systems.
