On October 2, 2026, Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd. held its 14th Annual Business Plan Presentation Meeting.

Conducted at the beginning of every fiscal year, this meeting serves as a venue for each CEO, COO, and Division Director to present to all OC Global employees their business plans for the current fiscal year, the medium- to long-term business plans, and the human resource development plans based on these business plans. This year, it was conducted in a hybrid mode, combining in-person participation at the Headquarters conference room and online participation via the web, with approximately 200 employees joining from domestic and international locations.

At the beginning of the meeting, OC Global President and CEO Mr. Yonezawa said, “This presentation meeting serves as a platform for the CEOs, COOs, and Division Directors, who are the leaders responsible for each business unit, to express their convictions. We hope that each CEO, COO, and Division Director will showcase an attractive business plan. Furthermore, we encourage members of each department to consider how they can contribute to the business direction set by their CEO, COO, or Division Director and to envision their own future.” Afterward, each CEO, COO, and Division Director presented their business plans. The Investment Operations, newly established in the previous fiscal year, presented plans that integrate the engineering expertise and investment capabilities cultivated by our company to date, which sparked a lively exchange of views with employees of Consulting Operations.
