On August 27, 2026, Oriental Consultants Global Chile SpA (OCG Chile), a Chilean subsidiary of Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd., was recognized for the second consecutive year in “Building Happiness by Buk,” an initiative that measures and awards organizational happiness.

“Building Happiness by Buk” is an initiative conducted by Buk, a technology company offering HR and payroll management systems primarily in Latin America. The program measures and honors organizational happiness across four countries: Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Mexico. Companies are evaluated based on four core pillars: Happiness, Engagement, Recognition, and Sustainability, with top-performing organizations highlighted in a ranking. A total of 348 companies participated in this year’s evaluation, and 131 of which were categorized under the mid-sized company division.

OCG Chile has consistently worked to foster a positive work environment and enhance workplace happiness. As a result, the company received high acclaim in the mid-sized company category for 2026, marking its second consecutive award. Achieving an organizational happiness score of 85.40%, OCG Chile was highly praised for its ongoing commitment to building a thriving corporate culture.
