Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd. (OC Global; Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan) held project manager (PM) training sessions on June 18 and 19, 2026.

This training is an internal training program held annually for PMs and other employees. This year, it was held in a hybrid format combining Tokyo Opera City Tower meeting rooms and the web, with more than 250 employees from Japan and overseas participating over the two days.

This year’s theme was “Toward the Realization of OC Global 2030 – Improving Operational Efficiency and Business Development through the Use of AI and DX.” The program featured case studies on the use of AI and DX, as well as presentations by PMs from various departments on challenges and solutions in the projects they are responsible for. These cases and lessons learned were shared company-wide, and participants actively exchanged views on future measures to improve quality.
