On March 7, 2025, Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd.  conducted training for general-grade employees. The training was held in a hybrid format, both in-person at the Tokyo headquarters conference room and online. Approximately 60 employees from both Japan and overseas attended the training.

Group Work

OC Global regularly conducts internal training programs tailored to different job grades. On this occasion, the training program was conducted for general-grade employees, focusing on themes, such as reviewing career paths, time management, and enhancing communication skills. The training consisted of both lectures and group work.
