The construction supervision consultant (CSC) plays a crucial role in any construction project, and the larger and more complex the project, the more critical the role. The CSC provides a coordinating role between the project owner (Employer) and all prime contractors and suppliers. The CSC facilitates the coordination of interfaces between the various prime contractors. OC Global is highly experienced in performing the role of CSC across all the sectors in which we operate, ensuring both Employer and Contractor alike observe the contract conditions, which are frequently based on the most prevalent global standard for construction contracts, the various versions of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) conditions of contract.
Service projects
The people of Hospita suffer from three major communicable diseases: tuberculosis or multi-drug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB), tuberculosis with HIV/AIDS (TB/HIV), and malaria. It was therefore deemed necessary to design and construct a hospital in Kabul, including quarantine facilities and equipment procurement, that could treat people with these diseases.
